Featuring 28 200-micron polyester filter bags, the B.A.S.S. simplifies maintenance with its expanded filter coverage area, reducing the frequency of cleanings. Its design incorporates 2 quad seal rings, providing 4 heavy-duty seal points to guarantee a secure lid-to-body seal. Additionally, our patent-pending bag retainer clamps prevent bag filters from being displaced by reverse water flow through the outlet.

The B.A.S.S. is also equipped with an electric davit crane for assisted cover opening and closing. With a pressure rating of 150 PSI and manufactured in the USA, it integrates seamlessly into any process water filtration system and built for the harsh environments of steel mills.

The BASS has a revolutionary four point sealing system for the lid to body. One of the big pain points on water filters is getting the lid to seal to the body. Systems has addressed this issue with using two quad seal rings providing four sealing points from the lid to the body.

The B.A.S.S. is also equipped with an electric davit crane for assisted cover opening and closing.

Another issue with multi bag filters is that during the initial filling of the filter, the bags can be pushed up by water running in the wrong direction through the outlet. Systems has addressed this with unique but simple bag retainer clamp to keep this from occurring.
